The Afghan Post is a popular monthly publication of the Afghan community in Ontario, Canada, since 1999. Since then, it is into circulation with eight thousand copies each month. It’s as the most desirable chronic among the Afghan community generally in Ontario and all Canada, particularly to a large number of Afghan intellectuals all over the world. The Afghan Post is the only publication, in comparison with all other Afghan publications inside or outside Canada that publishes in four languages (Pashto, Dari, English and French). It reflects rough realties and development of Afghanistan as well as regional and international events taken from various reliable sources. That’s why the Afghan community enthusiastically needs its contents and impatiently waits its print of each issue. Afghan Post is an active member of National Ethnic Press & Media Council of Canada.

“Afghan Post,” an Afghan Newspaper is published by Afghan Post Publication. It is considered, as number one among South Asian Communities in Canada. This is mainly because of the readers and advertisers who are willing to co-operate gratefully with such a foremost newspaper. The Afghan Post is the only publication, in comparison with all other Afghan publications inside or outside Canada that publishes in four languages (Pashto, Dari English, & French). Afghan Post has been circulated widely free of charge to cities and towns where Afghan live in Canada for the past 20 years. We have increased our newspaper to 8 000 circulation because of the demand. Afghan Post, an Afghan lively newspaper has been contributing to the south Asian community for 20 years and has been helping communities; get involved with events and news around Canada and around the world. A successful newspaper has characteristics that readers require. Readers want serious news that might impact on their lives. They also need news that they could get involved with being a contributor to Afghan community around the world, has improved our capability of bringing credible news to our readers.
